Quality Accounts

Quality Accounts are annual reports to the public from providers of NHS healthcare services about the quality of services they provide. The Trust's stakeholders can use a Quality Account to help them understand:

  • What we are doing well;
  • Where improvements in the quality of our services are required;
  • Our priorities for improvement for the coming year;
  • How these will be achieved including arrangements for measuring, reporting on and monitoring progress;

How we have involved our patients, staff and others with an interest in our organisation in determining those priorities for improvement.
