Quality Accounts
Quality Accounts are annual reports to the public from providers of NHS healthcare services about the quality of services they provide. The Trust's stakeholders can use a Quality Account to help them understand:
-
What we are doing well;
-
Where improvements in the quality of our services are required;
-
Our priorities for improvement for the coming year;
-
How these will be achieved including arrangements for measuring, reporting on and monitoring progress;
How we have involved our patients, staff and others with an interest in our organisation in determining those priorities for improvement.
The Trust's Quality Accounts were completed in draft and shared with third party stakeholders before their publication. These stakeholders included:
Cornwall Council Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee
Cornwall LINk
Isles of Scilly Council Overview & Scrutiny Committee
Isles of Scilly LINk
NHS Cornwall & Isles of Scilly PCT
